There are 2 paths to upgrade to PRO!
Upgrading from Hindenburg Journalist (Legacy licences):
If you purchased Journalist before November 25th 2021, you should only have a Licence Key (not an account)
During the purchase process, you will be asked to create a User Account
Choose your preferred option then enter your legacy Licence Key to access any applicable discounts
An email will be sent to the address you entered to verify your identity
In Hindenburg on your computer, choose "Sign In" in the "Manage my Account" menu and enter your new User Account Email and Password to activate the application
Upgrading from Hindenburg Lite:
Sign in to your Hindenburg account on the website
Follow the instructions :)
Where is my key?
We no longer issue the classic "Registration Email and Licence Key".
From November 25th 2021 on, all new licences, including upgrades by Legacy Users, will sign into the app using the Email and Password associated with your User Account.
What happens to my old licence?
When you upgrade to Hindenburg PRO, your old licence is de-activated and you access Hindenburg with your User Account details.
Do I need to subscribe?
No, you can still acquire a Perpetual Hindenburg PRO licence in the shop. However, you will still need to create a User Account and access Hindenburg through the Sign In option.
Forgot password
If you have forgotten the password for your User Account, you can always change it.
If you do not have a User Account and can't find your Licence Key, please contact Support.
