How do I get a Hindenburg licence? 

Go to the Hindenburg Shop or Narrator Shop  

Choose the product and licensing option that suits your temperament 

Create an account

Verify your email address in the email we sent you (please check both inbox & spam folder)

Provide the additional information required to create your account

Once that is done you get to pay 

You can now download Hindenburg to your computer

How do I activate Hindenburg on my computer? 

Use your account Email and Password to activate Hindenburg on your computer

Do I have to buy a subscription? 

No, you are welcome to purchase Hindenburg as a Perpetual licence

Will I get updates if I buy a Perpetual licence? 

Yes, if you purchase a Perpetual license you will get updates until version 2.99. A Subscription always gives you access to the latest version

I forgot my password!

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" function to set a new one 

P.S “forgot password” is only for users with an account. If you have a licence from before November 25th 2021 and can't find your Registration key, then please contact our lovely Support Team.

Can I upgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade from Hindenburg Lite (previously Journalist) and PRO version 1 (previously Journalist PRO), to Hindenburg PRO version 2. 

Make sure you update to the latest version of Hindenburg on your computer. There you will find a new menu point called "Manage your account" where you can do just that.
