brief summary of our terms & conditions

We offer this Hindenburg product under the following terms:

  • For private individuals or one-person business users only.

  • For use by one user only - no sharing, please.

  • Activate Hindenburg on up to 2 of your own computers simultaneously.

  • See included Services (e.g. Transcription Hours) in the Subscription tier description.

  • Desktop applications must be activated, while online, within 3 days of the monthly renewal date, to ensure continued access:

    • ALL licence types with Services: every month

    • Monthly subscriptions: every month

    • Perpetual licences or annual subscriptions without Services: every 60 days

  • Unused units of a Service expire on the same date as a monthly Product Subscription, or on the same date of the month as an annual Product subscription started (no roll-over).

  • Works on both Windows and MacOS.

  • Subscription includes updates, upgrades and support.

  • Perpetual Hindenburg Narrator licences include updates to version 1.99.

  • No refunds after purchase, download and activation.

  • You can cancel a subscription to the end of the current subscription period at any time.

  • We offer 30-day, obligation-free trials of all products at hindenburg.com/trial.
  • Businesses, organisations and institutions ("Legal Entities”) are offered Hindenburg products under separate terms described at https://hindenburg.com/B2Bterms. 
  • Hindenburg may securely share stored information with third-party solution provider(s) or partners as required for issuing and managing access to licensed products.
  • Hindenburg will not share your personal details for marketing purposes with third parties.
