Once your audio file is transcribed, you can now edit in the new Manuscript window or in the Workspace, it’s up to you. And best of all, the transcription engine works inside your computer without sending your data to a third-party server – saving you data usage charges and protecting your sensitive information.

This you can do with Hindenburg PRO 2. The Transcription is built directly into the software, so anywhere you go - it will follow. You can work in any part of the world, with no internet connection.
Usage
The software will keep track of the amount of hours you have used and let you know when you are running low on transcription time. If you are offline, then you will simply need to go online again to fill up your transcription hours.

Transcription can be added to the audio if you prefer doing some text based audio editing. Since Hindenburg is a full functioning audio editor, then you do not need to transcribe the audio .... it's just a nice addition.

Open the Manuscript view and edit the text. (view / manuscript)
You can adjust the placement and size of the manuscript pane so it best suits your needs.
Drag the divide line between the two panes.
Speakers

Once the transcription is done, you can add the correct names to the individual speaker. Select the name field and add the correct name for the transcription. If yo are i doubt about who the speaker is, the playback the audio in the current text block.
Corrections
Sometime the transcription will assign the wrong speaker to the transcription. If that happens, then do the following:

The accuracy of the transcription is really good, but sometimes mistakes will happen.This could be a singe word or multiple words:
