Nordjyske Holding is a media and communications group dating as far back as 1767, when a group of priests in Aalborg published the pamphlet 'News for Your Benefit and Entertainment'. 200 years later, what had grown to become a local newspaper empire was converted to the Aalborg Stiftstidende Foundation to ensure free and independent media for the Aalborg area in the future.
